In the event a fair rental settlement cannot be negotiated, we have the necessary experience to comprehensively manage rent review disputes to either an independent expert or arbitrator, dependent upon individual lease requirements.

We have a thorough understanding of the procedural instructions required in the case of referral of a rent review dispute to an independent expert or arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996.

We assemble and provide fully researched and admissible evidence in accordance with RICS requirement to act as an expert witness.
