Luke joined Vokins in 2014 having previously obtained a degree in Acting in 2011 from Arts Education School of Acting London. Having initially embarked on a career in acting, Luke’s interest in marketing and property enabled him to make the transition from actor to surveyor, although he still enjoys ‘treading the boards’ in his spare time.

Before joining Vokins, Luke developed his sales, marketing and digital media skills within the tech and the pharmaceutical sectors.

Luke has developed a noteworthy experience in advising clients on voids, disposals, acquisitions and business strategy in relation to commercial properties within the West London area.

Clients have been particularly impressed with Luke’s overall strategic approach to marketing campaigns to including re-branding properties, pioneering new digital marketing techniques and executing tailored marketing initiatives specific to individual properties and estates.

Luke enabled Vokins to be one of the first commercial property agencies in the UK to utilise 360 virtual tours on various property portals. With his experience in film editing, Luke has introduced this technology into property marketing projects for Vokins which are showcased on the company’s YouTube channel.

In his spare time, Luke is a keen golfer, enjoys film and theatre and is a keen supporter of Luton Town FC. Luke is also a culinary enthusiast and is always on the hunt for a new tasty recipe to have a go at.
