Project Management concerns the active, day-to-day running of a new building project, refurbishment, or the fitting out of a building from inception through to completion. We undertake this work on behalf of developers and occupiers alike and are often appointed to act as ‘Team Leader’.

We undertake space planning and design work, review of specification, finishes, furniture supplies and the smooth coordination of the move from one premises to another on behalf of occupiers.
